Forming An Opportunity Belief
Beginning point: University Academy Charter School is located within a neighborhood and there are not enough available entrances and exits.
Description of the belief: University Academy Charter School is a elementary and middle school combined located within the neighborhood of SweetBay in Panama City, Florida. The school is located within the center of the developed neighborhood which already causes congestion. The neighborhood was poorly planned and there are only 2 available entrances/exits causing daily chaos in reaching and leaving the school. I believe with proper planning for the additional phases of SweetBay there could be additional entrances and exits. I am with 100% certainty that the SweetBay planning board is already working on correcting the problem.

Reflection: Everyone has the same opinion, SweetBay had poor planning during their 1st phase of development an really needs to work on additional accesses to the neighborhood to alleviate traffic going to and from University Academy..
Summary: I still think that the original opportunity exists.
